Unbound, We Howl (2017)

I have performed in Alexandra Stilianos Unbound, We Howl as an extension of the ideas that she has put forward with her previous work A Million Filaments premiering in 2015. The work was first inspired by Sylvia Plath's poem Lady Lazurus and the addressing the question of what happens to bodies when we build bridges not walls, give in to madness, and explore what feminine power can look like. This piece troubles the boundaries we perform as actor and audience. 26 women on the stage with multimedia and sound stimulation for the audience, we challenge the audience with participation in the work and the questions. If you would like to see this post, visit my YouTube channel where I have posted glimpses of where I am featured in the work.
